At Data Narro, we do a great deal of research trying to understand the ever-evolving state of e-discovery and how it affects our legal clients. During the course of that research, we often make recommendations and share links of content that we think is worthwhile.
Earlier this month, Exterro, along with EDRM at Duke Law, released their 5th Annual Federal Judges Survey—a poll of over 260 Federal Judges that reveal their perspectives, practices, and thoughts on the state of e-discovery today.
The annual survey includes a great deal of insight that attorneys can use to sharpen their e-discovery practices, sidestep common pitfalls, and avoid costly sanctions.
Late last year, we named Exterro’s blog to our list of top e-discovery blogs for 2019, primarily due to its abundance of “concise, appealing, and ultimately useful information.” The 2019 Judges Survey continues that tradition with a highly engaging, infographic-style layout, perfect for on-the-go legal professionals. We consider it a “must download.”
